Union Pacific Steam Locomotive Passing through Laramie, WY on it's maiden voyage to Utah for the 150th celebration of the pounding of the Golden Spike.
Built in 1941, out of 25 built, it is the only working Big Boy engine.
The World's largest operational Steam Locomotive, the engine tender are 132 feet long and weighs 1.2 million pounds.
In May 2019, after approximately five years of restoration, it was put back into service.
It is housed in Cheyenne, WY, along with the 844 Union Pacific Passenger Steam Locomotive Engine.
